A thinking space for the coaches who actually care <3

    SUPERVISION

embracing the messiness of running a coaching practice

As coaches we may well live and breathe self-development, know all the right *things* to be doing and spend our days supporting everyone else, but the reality is we are still human and running a business is messy AF.

Just because you are a badass coach doesn't mean you won't have moments of "what the actual f..."

I'm not going to teach you how to be perfect because as I'm continually reminded, perfect doesn't exist. As coaches, perfection isn't the goal, doing the best we know how to do is.

click to see what it's all about

And no, you don't need another course or even another qualification. You probably already have a 'support stack' for your business. Maybe you have your own coach, therapy, or a mastermind.

But for most coaches I speak to, there’s one missing piece in their support stack and you guessed it, it's supervision!

Supervision is a space for you (chaos & all!) to share, learn and dedicate time to making the best possible coaching decisions you can so that you and your clients can thrive.

    Why coaches need it

    What will be different

    What supervision actually is

    What is it?

Supervision is basically a place to talk about your coaching like a normal human, not a polished “coach version” of yourself. It’s where you can bring the sessions you keep thinking about, the clients who feel a bit tricky, or the moments where you left the call and thought, “hmm… not sure about that.” You get to say things out loud, make sense of them, and leave feeling clear and confident. Bye bye confusion!

    Why coaches need it

    What will be different

    What supervision actually is

    why it's needed

Coaching is one of those jobs that looks calm and put-together from the outside, but can heavy and overwhelming BTS. You’re holding other people’s stuff all day long, often while telling yourself you should be able to handle it. Supervision gives you somewhere to put all of that so that you feel lighter, receive feedback from others and leave feeling more confident and capable of handling your coaching pracitce.

    What will be different

    Why coaches need it

    What supervision actually is

    what changes

When supervision is part of your practice, you stop overthinking quite so much. You don’t lie in bed replaying sessions or wondering if you should’ve handled something differently, because you know there’s space to talk it through. Over time, you feel more grounded, more confident, and more like the kind of coach you actually want to be, not the one who’s quietly doubting themselves.

The supervision people can't stop talking about

Supervision isn’t something you sign up to when you’ve got it all figured out or an ethical tick box exercise. It’s for coaches who care enough to want to do their work well, feel confident in their practice and be around for a looong time not just a fun time (we do both over here!) If you love coaching but sometimes think, “I wish I had somewhere I could actually talk this stuff through,” welcome home!!

What supervision can be used for:

    • When you get to the end of a week of coaching and genuinely think, what the hell am I even doing?!
    • Picking apart the relationship with that client you know you wouldn't go for coffee with despite wanting 'besties' for clients.
    • When a client is stuck, you feel like you've tried everything and now you're like?????
    • The day someone asks to leave a contract and you’re trying to be ethical without feeling like Scammy Sammy with a Netflix documentary.
    • Moments where you realise you aren't doing the things you're telling your clients to do and question getting a job at Aldi.
    • When a client keeps cancelling, disengaging, or going nowhere and you’re stressed AF because you've got a wedding to pay for and florists don't accept payment in good vibes.
    • Contracts coming to an end and not knowing how to say goodbye without it feeling awks or icky.
    • When you’ve said the word coach so many times it no longer feels like a real word and someone asking “so what do you do?” sends you into a tiny existential crisis.
    • When you’re holding a lot of other people’s *stuff* and then you're own shit happens and you just cannot carry it all anymore but have no where to put it all down.

And all the other ethical, coach-y stuff in between.

    MY "WHY"

    MY PHILOSOPHY

    WHO I HELP

Supporting coaches who don’t want to wing it or burn out Because caring this much about your work deserves proper support.

    WHY JEMMA

I work at the intersection of online coaching and coaching psychology, and I know how different those worlds can be. I’ve spent years building and running coaching businesses in the online space, working with real clients, real pressure, and real messiness, while also training rigorously in coaching psychology, ethics, and supervision. I’ve seen how easy it is for well-intentioned coaches to end up carrying too much on their own, not because they’re doing anything wrong, but because no one ever gave them a proper place to think.

I offer supervision because I care deeply about coaching being done well. My approach is psychologically grounded, ethical, and practical, but it’s also warm and very human. You don’t need to perform, prove yourself, or already “have it all together” in supervision. You just need to care about your clients and want your work to feel sustainable. I’ll meet you where you are, help you think things through clearly, and support you to keep coaching in a way that feels steady, confident, and aligned.

    500+ hours of coaching

14+ years in the online world

    psychologically grounded

I’ve been coaching for over six years across 1:1 and group settings, so supervision is rooted in what actually happens in sessions, not just what looks good in theory and boyyyy do I have some stories!!!!

I’ve spent over a decade (wtf!!) building brands and businesses online, which means I understand the realities, pressures, and blurred boundaries of coaching in a URL world (*does a TikTok dance to pay the rent*)

TLDR; I've got expensive bits of paper framed on my wall. My work is rooted in psychology: I have a MSc in Coaching Psychology & Positive Psychology, EMCC Senior Practitioner accreditation, and BPS-approved supervision training.

    who it's for

Do I need to be a qualified/accredited coach?

Nope. You can be brand new, halfway through a course, fully accredited, or somewhere in the “I guess I’m a coach???” identity crisis phase. If you’re holding space for humans, supervision is for you.

Is supervision just for people wanting to be accredited?

Not at all. Accreditation is one reason, but honestly most people come because they want to feel more confident, less alone, and have somewhere to untangle the weird, messy, nuanced bits of coaching that nobody talks about publicly.

    WHO IT'S FOR

What does a typical supervision session look like?

It’s essentially a really good, honest conversation where you can bring anything from tricky client situations to confidence wobbles or “I feel weird and don’t know why,” and we gently unpack it together so you leave feeling clearer, calmer, and more grounded, no awkward role play, no being put on the spot.

Do I need to bring a specific case or agenda?

Nope. You can bring something specific, or just bring yourself and we’ll figure it out together. Sometimes the most helpful sessions start with “I don’t even know, I just feel off.”

What if I don’t know what I want to talk about?

This is extremely normal. Honestly half the time people start with “I don’t have anything” and then five minutes later we’re unpacking something that’s been quietly weighing on them for months.

    WHO IT'S FOR

How does supervision differ from coaching or masterminds?

Coaching focuses on you and your life or business, whereas supervision is a confidential space focused on you as a coach, somewhere you can unpack tricky client situations, doubts, or “did I handle that right?” moments honestly, without pressure or needing to have it all together.

Why is supervision so cheap compared to coaching?

Because supervision shouldn’t be a luxury only accessible once you’re making six figures. It’s a foundational support, not a premium add-on. My goal is to make proper, psychology-grounded supervision accessible. My supervision pricing is in line with the pricing of more general coaching supervision.

    WHO IT'S FOR

    Will supervision be confidential?

Yes. What’s said in supervision stays in supervision. It’s a protected, professional space where you can say the things you can’t say anywhere else without worrying it’ll go any further.

    How big are the groups?

Small enough that you’re not just a silent square on Zoom.
Usually around 4–6 people, so there’s space for real conversation, real reflection, and everyone actually gets support.
