ABOUT
Having worked in the online space for 14 years since before it was cool, starting (and later closing) an agency due to burnout and coming back second time around (or third time if you include 'Little Jems' but that's a story for a different time!) I now work specifically with creators and founders looking to build success from the inside out. I also have a BSc and MSc in Psychology, specifically in positive psychology and coaching psychology and so I'm a qualified and accredited coach. My *thing* is all about helping others create more joy, fulfilment and purpose within both their day to day life and their work (without the burnout, obviously).
